Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Warehows Analytics LLP ("Warehows") collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to warehows.ai and our services.
1. Data controller
Warehows Analytics LLP, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, is the controller responsible for your personal data. Contact us at hi@warehows.ai for any privacy request.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or book a call, we collect your name, email, company, and the message or context you share.
- Booking information. Discovery calls are scheduled via Cal.com, which collects the details you enter to book.
- Billing information. When you subscribe, payment and billing details are collected and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our Merchant of Record. We do not see or store your full card details — we receive only transaction and subscription metadata needed to fulfil and support your purchase.
- Usage & device data. We collect analytics such as pages visited, referrer, approximate location, browser, and device type via cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries and provide and support our Services.
- To process subscriptions, billing, and renewals (via Paddle).
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and offerings.
- To send service-related communications about your account.
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We rely on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, and our legitimate interests in running and improving the business as the legal bases for this processing.
4. Cookies & analytics
We use first- and third-party cookies for essential functionality and analytics. Our analytics and hosting providers include PostHog (product analytics) and Vercel (hosting, web analytics, and speed insights). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work without them.
5. Third parties we share data with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the business, each under their own privacy terms:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Paddle.com Market Limited | Payments, billing & tax (Merchant of Record) |
| Vercel Inc. | Website hosting & analytics |
| PostHog | Product & usage analytics |
| Resend | Transactional email (contact form delivery) |
| Cal.com | Scheduling discovery calls |
We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside your country; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) apply.
6. Data we process for clients through third-party integrations
When a client engages us to build or run data pipelines, we connect to the platforms and databases they use and copy their data into a data warehouse they own. For this data, the client is the controller and Warehowsacts as a processor on the client's instructions.
- Sources. With the client's authorization, we connect to platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook), Salesforce, Google, Intercom, Stripe, and QuickBooks, and to the client's own databases. A client employee with the right access authorizes each connection, or provides credentials created in the client's own account.
- What we access.Read-only access to the client's own account data, for example advertising campaigns and performance reports, CRM records, support conversations, payments, or accounting records. We do not post, publish, edit campaigns, or access the private profiles of members of these platforms.
- How it is used. The data is loaded into the client's own data warehouse (such as Snowflake or BigQuery) for the client's internal reporting and analytics. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, share it with other clients, or combine one client's data with another's.
- Credentials.Access tokens, API keys, and passwords are stored encrypted in a secrets manager in the client's or our cloud account, and are never written to logs, code, or reports.
- Retention and revoking access.Copied data lives in the client's warehouse under the client's own retention rules. A client can revoke our access at any time, in the platform's own settings or by emailing hi@warehows.ai; we then stop syncing and delete the stored credentials.
Our use of data received from these platforms also follows each platform's own developer terms and policies.
7. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, billing records for tax compliance). When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hi@warehows.ai. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard the information you entrust to us.
10. Children
Our website and Services are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; changes are reflected by updating the effective date above. Please review it periodically.
