Terms of Service
These terms are a binding agreement between you and Warehows Analytics LLP ("Warehows", "we", "us"). By accessing this website or subscribing to our services, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Warehows Analytics LLPis a data and analytics consultancy that provides subscription and retainer-based data-engineering services — including data strategy, data engineering, data visualization, analytics, AI/ML, and supporting application development. References to “Services” mean any of these offerings purchased on a recurring (subscription or retainer) basis.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase our Services. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these terms. You are responsible for keeping any account or access credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions, billing & payment
Our Services are sold on a recurring subscription or monthly retainer basis. When you subscribe you agree to pay the recurring fee for the plan you select, at the billing frequency shown at checkout (typically monthly), until the subscription is cancelled.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited(“Paddle”), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription, Paddle handles the transaction, billing, and applicable taxes, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method unless cancelled beforehand. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise; any sales tax, VAT, or GST is added and collected by Paddle where required.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. After cancellation you retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
5. Scope of work & deliverables
The specific scope, deliverables, and service levels for a retainer are defined in the plan description or a separate statement of work agreed in writing. Consulting work is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee any particular business outcome, revenue, or performance result, as these depend on factors outside our control.
6. Client responsibilities
To deliver the Services you agree to provide timely access to systems, data, and personnel reasonably required. You are responsible for the lawfulness of any data you give us access to and for having the rights and consents necessary for us to process it on your behalf.
7. Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, custom deliverables we create specifically for you become your property upon full payment. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and general know-how, and may reuse non-confidential techniques and learnings. This website and its content remain the property of Warehows Analytics LLP.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform under these terms. This does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
9. Warranties & disclaimers
The website and, except as expressly stated, the Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warehows will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us (via Paddle) in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these terms or fail to pay. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive — including IP, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above, and where appropriate we'll notify active subscribers. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
