Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for subscriptions and retainers with Warehows Analytics LLP ("Warehows").
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription or retainer at any time by emailing hi@warehows.ai or through the management link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to the Services you have already paid for through that period, and you will not be charged again afterwards.
2. Refunds
Because our Services are delivered as ongoing, work-based engagements, we handle refunds as follows:
- 14-day first-period guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your initial subscription period and we have not yet performed substantial work, contact us for a full refund of that first payment.
- Renewals. Recurring renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has begun, because capacity is reserved and work commences for that period. You can cancel before a renewal to avoid the next charge.
- Billing errors. If you were charged in error, a duplicate was taken, or you were billed after a valid cancellation, we will refund the affected amount in full.
3. How refunds are issued
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited(“Paddle”), our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. You may also contact Paddle directly via the receipt they emailed you.
4. How to request a refund
Email hi@warehows.ai with the email address used at checkout and your Paddle order or receipt number. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
